If you would like to register your child for possible admission to Somerset College please complete the procedure here. Please note that a non-refundable application fee of R500 is payable upon submission of the application form. We do not accept students who are entering Grade 11 or 12. Please note the school requires written consent from both parents / guardians of a child wanting admission into Somerset College.

Please be aware that students wanting to enter the Preparatory School are evaluated in an interview situation, and Senior School students are required to write an Entrance Assessment (in Mathematics and English). We do require prospective students to be on our waiting list in order to write these assessments.

Debentures become tradeable on the eighth anniversary of the original date of issue. Debentures will be redeemed by issuing company, Vredelus Limited, 30 years from the original date of issue at the face value of the debentures.
